1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Laxmi Decor (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or placing an order via our native UPI checkout system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

All prices listed on Laxmi Decor are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes. We strive to describe every creation accurately:

• Handcrafted Variations: Because our brass cuffs and jewellery pieces are handcrafted by Indian artisans, subtle variations in surface texture, fold, and finish are natural markers of authenticity rather than manufacturing defects.
• Price Integrity: We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent typographical pricing errors. If an order is placed for an incorrectly priced item, we will notify you before cancellation or adjustment.

3. Native UPI Payment Verification

Laxmi Decor utilizes 0% surcharge NPCI UPI standards for frictionless direct bank settlement:

• 12-Digit UTR Requirement: To confirm an order, the customer must submit the authentic 12-digit Unique Transaction Reference (UTR / UPI Ref Number) issued by their bank or UPI app.
• Payment Authorization: Orders remain in VERIFICATION_PENDING until our automated system or merchant desk reconciles the credit. Submitting fraudulent or duplicate UTR numbers will result in automatic order cancellation.

4. Product Care & Anti-Tarnish Assurance

Our jewellery features 18K micro-gold electroplated sealing over pure solid brass bases. While designed to resist daily moisture, water, and sweat:

• Avoid direct immersion in concentrated chlorine (swimming pools), corrosive household bleach, and industrial chemicals.
• Wipe gently with a soft microfibre cloth after wear and store in the provided rigid box to prevent scratch damage.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including brand wordmarks, photography, typography, layouts, and product descriptions—is the proprietary intellectual property of Laxmi Decor, protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
